Emergency Roadside Assistance and Towing

With 24-7ASSIST Roadside Assistance, you will get:

• Emergency Roadside Assistance when you need it is a result of a flat tyre, a flat battery, out of fuel or locked your keys in your vehicle.
• Five (5) service calls per subscription year.
• Two (2) towing per subscription year when your vehicle has broken down and cannot be repaired at the roadside.
• Reciprocal roadside assistance Nation-wide.

Fuel top-up

When your vehicle runs out of fuel, 24-7ASSIST will supply up to 10 litres of unleaded and diesel fuel to get your car to the nearest petrol station.

Battery Replacement

When your car battery becomes faulty due to age, 24-7ASSIST offers free battery delivery and installation of your new battery. Charges of battery apply.

Relay

If you're out on the road and not too far from home, we will assist you if your vehicle becomes disabled and requires a tow.  24-7ASSIST will transport you and your family anywhere within the district. Charges apply when travelling across districts.

Key Care

24-7ASSIST will assist you in picking up your spare keys from your home our office within a 30km radius.

Accident Management

Accident Management is provided to all Insurans Islam TAIB and Standard Insurance policy holders. We will assist you in preparing an Accident Report within 24 hours of the accident occurring.
